Strategic leadership appointments position the sport and culture-focused agency for accelerated growth.
Adopt, an agency within the Publicis Sports network that drives brand connection by fusing creativity with sport, athletes and culture, today announced the appointment of Chelsea Carr as President and David Frank as Chief Creative Officer. Both appointments are effective immediately.
These strategic leadership additions come as Adopt continues to expand its influence across sport and culture following its acquisition by Publicis Groupe last year. The agency has partnered with industry leaders and inspired brands including Epic Games, Visa, Klutch Athletics, Lululemon, Gatorade, Disney and many of the world's most influential athletes and cultural icons.
"Chelsea and David represent the best of what Adopt stands for – exceptional creative leadership, deep industry expertise, and a proven ability to build transformative brands," said David Creech, Co-Founder of Adopt. "Their combined experience across agency, brand, and culture will accelerate our mission to bring creativity to sport and culture on a global scale. We couldn't be more excited to welcome them to the leadership team."
Carr is a seasoned and highly successful executive who comes to Adopt after leading The Robot Company, the brand consultancy of LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s Fulwell Entertainment (formerly The SpringHill Company). At The Robot Company, she spearheaded transformative campaigns and experiences for global powerhouse brands. She brings more than 20 years of agency leadership experience and a track record of building world-class teams and delivering insight-driven strategy that drives measurable business growth. Earlier in her career, Carr held leadership roles at Leo Burnett, one of the world's most prestigious creative agencies.
Frank brings over two decades of strategic creative leadership and global brand building experience from his extensive tenure at Nike, where he led multidisciplinary teams responsible for shaping global brand expressions and defining end-to-end consumer experiences. As Vice President of Global Brand Creative, Frank drove creative strategy across Nike's most significant business segments and brand initiatives, overseeing work that defined some of the company's most iconic cultural moments. His portfolio includes the 2018 Just Do It campaign, NIKELAND on Roblox, the Road to World Cup '26, strategic partnerships with NOCTA and Lego, and numerous global product and platform launches that redefined how athletes and consumers connect with the brand.
"We’re thrilled to add Chelsea and David to the Adopt team to help fuel our next phase of growth,” said Josh Moore, Co-Founder of Adopt. “Together, they will build on our momentum and work with the team to expand our impact and deliver transformative work for our partners.”
