Shipping & Returns

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days from our facility. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is flat rate $10 for delivery within the United States in 3-7 days.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not support international shipping yet. Stay tuned for updates.



Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SALE ITEMS

(if applicable) Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item in your order. If you received a different item than you originally ordered, we will e-mail or send directly a return label for the incorrect item. Once you receive the return shipping label, you are responsible for sending back the item within a 7 day period. If the item is not shipped back within this time frame, you will be charged for the unreturned item in full. SHIPPING To return your product, mail your product to: 406 SW 13th Avenue, Suite 201, Portland, Oregon 97205, United States of America.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Refund Policy

REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
